This appeal shall be submitted on the prescribed form (Form C: Notice of Appeal) and shall include the fee ($500) for submitting an appeal.  This appeal shall be delivered either in person or by registered mail so as to reach him/her no later than twenty-one (21) days following the date of issue of this notice.  A copy of the letter shall be sent to the development officer.

Pursuant to S. 685(3) of the Municipal Government Act, no appeal lies in respect of a development permit for a permitted use unless the provisions of the land use bylaw were relaxed, varied, or misinterpreted.
