As the MD prepares for the potential of overland flooding, we would like to thank ratepayers for their assistance in staying informed. To support timely and effective response efforts, we have created a form where residents can upload photos and provide location information for flooding concerns so they can be logged and addressed accordingly. During past flood events, the MD has recorded up to 700 flood locations, and your cooperation is greatly appreciated in helping us capture all sites in an organized and efficient manner.
Please follow the proper channels outlined below to assist with this process:
1) Call the MD to report the flooding event at 780-837-2221
2) Visit the MD website to upload photos and location details; staff will triage reported sites and respond as appropriate.
In addition to flooding, please report any observed infrastructure issues, including erosion, undermining, or washouts affecting roads, bridges, or culverts.
For flooding that poses an immediate risk to your home or buildings, please call 911 to have emergency services dispatched.
