Ça vous dit quelque chose ? Pour de nombreux bénévoles et employés d’organismes à but non lucratif, la rédaction de demandes de subvention peut sembler une tâche fastidieuse, un exercice d’écriture créatif dont le succès repose entièrement sur la chance. En réalité, face à une forte concurrence pour des fonds limités, une demande de subvention bien rédigée ne constitue qu’un élément de la solution. Ce webinaire de deux heures aborde les compétences essentielles en matière de rédaction de propositions et de demandes de subvention, comment éviter les pièges courants, comprendre ce que recherchent les financeurs et obtenir des conseils pour entretenir de bonnes relations avec eux.

With the support of the Chartered Professional Accountants Education Foundation (CPAEF),
we have developed four new webinars, which will be taught by two CPAs – who are not behemoths.

In Module 1, you will learn:

• The role of the board in budgeting
• How the budget supports the organization’s mission, planning and strategies
• The contrast between board oversight versus operational management
• How a budget is a governance tool
• Critical questions to ask during budget conversations

Modules 2 to 4 will be taught in winter 2027.
