Bridge Weight Restrictions on Highway 744
Effective immediately, Bridge File 75664 on Highway 744 over the Little Smoky River (Blue Bridge) has been assigned reduced weight limits due to structural capacity concerns.
The following maximum gross vehicle weights apply:
- Single Unit Truck: 15 tonnes
- Semi-Trailer: 27 tonnes
- Vehicle Train: 39 tonnes
These restrictions are necessary to maintain the safety and integrity of the bridge.
