With the support of the Chartered Professional Accountants Education Foundation (CPAEF),
we have developed four new webinars, which will be taught by two CPAs.
In Module 1, you will learn:
- The role of the board in budgeting
- How the budget supports the organization’s mission, planning and strategies
- The contrast between board oversight versus operational management
- How a budget is a governance tool
- Critical questions to ask during budget conversations
