What Do Polar Bears and Pumpkins
Have in Common?

They are both white, and they are both mentioned in this newsletter!

Our newsletters provide you with information and resources for the important non-profit work that you do. Whether you are passionate about advancing a social, educational or charitable mission, your work is needed and appreciated. We want to equip you with knowledge and tools. Before the pumpkins are carved and the polar bears go ice hunting, spend your early fall taking in one of our live webinars focused on finances, teams, risk management or board roles. If your non-profit group (small or large) would like to explore the capacity building/facilitation services that our Community Development Unit offers, contact us.

October is Financial Month

Financial management of your organization is critical. Just as it is challenging to put a value on a polar bear, it can be challenging to get your balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement in check.

We offer afternoon and evening webinars so that you can join us when it works for you, and before you turn into a pumpkin! The information we share will help you to maintain long-term stability, maximize community impact, fulfill legal duties, uphold public trust and avoid unnecessary stress.
