Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the Statutes of Alberta, notice is hereby given that the Council of Municipal District of Smoky River No. 130 will hold a public hearing prior to the second reading of Bylaw No.23-969 for amendment and consolidation to the Municipal District of Smoky River No. 130 Land Use Bylaw No. 865.
The Public Hearing is to be held at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 21st, 2024, at the Smoky River Regional Fire Hall of the Municipal District of Smoky River No. 130
