AGREEMENT REGARDING SPRAYING ROADSIDES

I, ________________________________________________, owner/rentor of the lands legally described as follows:

(hereinafter referred to as the "lands"), hereby give notice to the Municipal District of Smoky River No. 130 as represented by the Agricultural Service Board, (hereinafter referred to as the "Board"), that I do not wish the roadsides adjacent to the aforesaid lands to be sprayed with any chemical substance by the Board during the present crop year.
In consideration of the Board agreeing not to spray the said roadside and ditches as aforesaid, I agree that I will effectively control restricted and noxious weeds to the satisfaction of the Board along the roadside ditches adjacent to the said lands on the present year, and continue to maintain the control for the duration of the season.
If I fail to control the restricted and noxious weeds in the roadside ditches adjacent to the lands by July 1st, the Board in its absolute discretion, may take any appropriate action it deems necessary including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the spraying of any chemical substance on those ditches.
I agree that the Board may, in its absolute discretion, decide whether the said restricted and noxious weeds have been appropriately controlled. This Agreement is specifically referable only to the present crop year, and I acknowledge that I have read and understood the provisions of it.
