125. WORK IN MUNICIPAL ROAD ALLOWANCE

Work in Municipal road allowances for the purpose of improving drainage or removing snow will be permitted subject to the person wishing to perform the work signing a Hold Harmless Agreement which will show the name of the applicant, location of work and the dates upon which the work is to take place.

The work must comply with all federal, provincial and municipal regulations. Alberta One Call must be notified before commencing any work.

This approval shall be subject to the applicant receiving approval from downstream landowners.
