118. DITCH CLEANING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY

The Director of Operations, or the Municipal Administrator will receive applications from qualified landowners for ditch cleaning on private property. These applications will be presented to Council for their decision of approval or refusal at the Council meeting following the request. To apply for this service, the ditch cleaning must benefit two or more individual landowners.

This work will only be undertaken when all other work is done and once the ditch cleaning agreement has been signed by the appropriate landowners as per Form "U".

The Director of Operations or Municipal Administrator may waive Form "U".
