115. GRAVELLING OF PRIVATE DRIVEWAYS

 

The Municipal District of Smoky River No. 130 shall regravel private entrances only when:

  1. The Municipal District has had to remove the culvert to accommodate an M.D. project.

  2. The Municipal District deems it necessary to replace an entry culvert.

  3. The Municipal District shall regravel only that portion of the entrance disturbed during construction and which previously was gravelled.

  4. School bus turnarounds may be gravelled to a maximum of seven (7) cubic metres.

  5. Council may gravel private access roads at its discretion
