112. SNOWPLOW FLAGS FOR DRIVEWAYS

All private driveways shall be snowplowed only once a flag has been purchased at the Municipal District Office at a cost set by Council. This flag is to be placed at the entrance for pick-up by the grader operator upon plowing of the entrance.

The following guidelines shall also apply to this article:

1. Church yards - Exempt.
1. School yards - Exempt.
2. Community Halls - Exempt.
3. Maximum of twenty (20) minutes per flag.
4. Flag is non-refundable unless special circumstances are warranted.
5. Additional flags shall be obtained for snowplowing to grainaries.
6. Hold Harmless Agreement, Form B, must be signed prior to the purchase of snowplow flags by ratepayers.
7. Priority will be given to plowing of roads. Private entrances will receive a lower priority.
