A regional disaster would require the coordination of many different organizations such as F.C.S.S., the R.C.M.P., utility companies, municipal governments, etc. The M.D. Council Chambers will serve as the Emergency Operations Centre where all these groups can work together to deal with the crisis.

We hope there will never be an opportunity to put the EOC into action but it's good to know that if disaster does strike, the municipality will be prepared.
