The Fire Hazard is VERY HIGH
A FIRE RESTRICTION IS NOW IN EFFECT AS OF MAY 14, 2018
Due to windy conditions, warmer weather and little to no precipitation the M.D. still has a Fire Restriction.
Campfires are only allowed in fire pits.
No burning of heavy fuel loads are permitted at this time. Permits are not suspended at this time however they will not be renewed once expired. If crop reduction is required, please contact the Fire Chief at 780-837-0911 to get a permit.

Please make sure your campfire is completely extinguished when you leave it (Soak It, Stir It, Soak It Again).
